STEPS:
Homeowners submit the ARB application (click the link and scroll down to HOA Printable/Fillable Form) along with any necessary documents to the ARB at poaarb@hrycc.org or drop off everything at clubhouse reception. Additional information about the ARB process can be found here.
The ARB will record receipt of completed applications and forward it to the Sweetbay Village Board for their review.
The Sweetbay Village Board reviews your application and sends commentary back to the ARB, who places the application on the agenda for the next month’s ARB meeting.
ℹ️ Feedback from the Sweetbay Board is just one part of the information needed to determine the HR ARB’s approval/denial decision regarding your application.
You will be notified of the status of your application by the ARB normally within a week following the monthly meeting.
