Sweetbay Village has 39 homes with beautiful views that include the 8th, 11th, and 12th holes of the River Ridge golf course, natural marshes or lakes. Our village is large enough to make it interesting, yet small enough that neighbors know their neighbors. Our village pool and pool house are often the center of fun social events. We host monthly events (November to May) that help us stay connected. Pool parties, holiday gatherings, progressive dinners and the Flamingo Open golf tournament are just a few of the activities we enjoy together.
